1.1. Introduction

Rx Studio is the intellectual property of AUZ Studio

Welcome to Rx Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in Rx Studio courses, obtaining consultancy or services, or by accessing or using our website, online courses, coaching, consultancy, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

1.2. Nature of Services

We provide professional coaching and end-to-end consultancy services, including complete licensing process assistance for international pharmacy and nursing licensing exams.

Australia

Pharmacy: OPRA / APC
Nursing: AHPRA / NCLEX

Canada

Pharmacy: PEBC
Nursing: NNAS / NCLEX

Our Services may include:

  • Coaching and exam preparation
  • Documentation guidance
  • Licensing assistance and support
  • Complete advisory throughout the licensing process

We are not a regulatory authority, government body, exam council, or credential evaluation service.

1.3. Fees, Payments & Third-Party Charges

1.3.1. Our Fees

We charge only our consultancy or course fees, collectively referred to as “Service Fees” or “Consultancy Fees.”
These fees cover:

  • Coaching/courses
  • Documentation guidance
  • Licensing advisory
  • Process assistance

1.3.2. Third-Party Fees (Paid Directly by the Client)

All third-party fees related to the licensing process must be paid directly by the client to the respective authority.
This includes (but is not limited to):

GCC:
DHA, MOH, DOH/HAAD, SCFHS/SPLE, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, KMLE

Australia:
OPRA/APC, AHPRA, NCLEX-related services

Canada:
PEBC, NNAS, NAPRA, credential evaluation agencies

Examples of third-party fees:

  • DataFlow / PSV verification
  • Exam booking fees
  • Licensing application fees
  • Credential evaluation fees
  • Government processing charges
  • Assessment or verification fees

We do NOT:

  • Collect these fees
  • Process these payments
  • Influence third-party timelines
  • Control third-party refund policies
  • Guarantee outcomes from third-party authorities

1.3.3. Refund Policy

Our consultancy and course fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once:

  • Services have begun
  • Login or course access is provided
  • Documentation review or guidance has started

Third-party fees are never refundable by us.
Refunds (if any) must be requested directly from the respective authority, according to their own policies.

1.5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
  • Follow the laws and regulations of your country
  • Not misuse or exploit our platform
  • Not share your login credentials or course materials
  • Not engage in fraud, cheating, document manipulation, or exam malpractice
  • Respect exam bodies’ integrity, confidentiality, and ethical rules

Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of access without refund.

1.6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Rx Studio—including videos, slides, notes, mock exams, study materials, branding, layout, logos, website content, and the learning portal—is the exclusive intellectual property of AUZ Studio.

You may NOT:

  • Copy
  • Download
  • Re-upload
  • Distribute
  • Share
  • Record
  • Publish
  • Sell
  • Mirror
    any content without express written permission.

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action and permanent account suspension.

1.7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for:

  • Website functionality
  • User authentication
  • Analytics and performance monitoring
  • User experience improvements
  • Security and fraud prevention

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may limit website functionality or access to certain features.

1.8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rx Studio / AUZ Studio is not liable for:

  • Exam failures or low scores
  • Delays in licensing or regulatory decisions
  • Rejections by DHA, MOH, DOH/HAAD, SCFHS/SPLE, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, KMLE
  • Rejections by OPRA, APC, AHPRA, PEBC, NAPRA, NNAS
  • Processing delays or errors by government or regulatory bodies
  • Loss of employment opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Any actions or decisions made by third-party authorities

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

1.9. Governing Laws

These Terms comply with:

  • Pakistan PDPA 2023
  • Australia Privacy Act 1988
  • Canada’s data protection principles
  • GDPR (EU/EEA)
  • Other applicable international privacy standards

Legal jurisdiction:
All disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Pakistan, unless required otherwise by international data protection regulations applicable to your region.
